يحتاج البعض منا الى تحويل ملف اكسيل الى صورة لسهولة استخدامه لاحقا او ارساله الى شخص اخر عبر اى وسيلة تواصل  أو لأى استخدام اخر ,
ولمعرفة كيفية تحويل ملف اكسيل الى صورة مجانا سنوضحه فى السطور التالية:

Some of us need to convert an Excel file into an image for ease of use later, or send it to another person through any means of communication or for any other use,

لنفترض مثالا وبه جدول بسيط مكون من مجموعة اسماء  وأرقام ( ملحوظه هذه الاسماء والأرقام كلها إفتراضية ولا تمت الى الواقع بأى صلة )

Suppose an example has a simple table consisting of a group of names and numbers (note that these names and numbers are all hypothetical and have nothing to do with reality)
أولا نفتح الملف المراد تحويله أو استخدامه
First, open the file you want to convert or use

ثانيا  نحدد الجزء المراد تحويله باستخدام الفأرة كما هو موضح بالصورة

Second, we select the part to be converted using the mouse as shown in the image

ثالثا  نضغط على زر الفأرة الايمن لتظهر لنا القائمة كما بالصورة ثم نختار منها نسخ او يمكننا فعل ذالك باستخدم ctrl+c 

Thirdly, we press the right mouse button to show us the list as in the picture, and then 

choose copy from it, or we can do that using ctrl + c

رابعا من قائمة بدء نفتح برنامج الرسام   paint  كما هو موضح بالصورة

Fourth, from the start menu, open the Paint program, as shown in the picture

خامسا نضغط على كلمة لصق أو past كما هو موضح بالصورة

Fifthly, we click on the word “paste” as shown in the image

سيظهر لنا الجزء الذى حددناه مسبقا من ملف الاكسيل 

It will show us the part that we previously selected from the excel file

سادسا  نضغط على كلمة  crop

Sixth, we click on the word crop

سيظهر لنا الجزء الذى حددناه  كما بالشكل التالى

The part we selected will appear as shown in the following figure

ثامنا نضغط على قائمة ملف فى برنامج الرسام  ونختار الحفظ كـ او save as

Eighth, we click on the File menu in the Paint program and choose save as
ثم نختار الصيغة التى نريد أن نحفظ بها  الملف 
Then we choose the format in which we want to save the file

تاسعا  ستفتح لنا نافذة أخرى لنختار منها  مكان حفظ الملف  ونعيد تسميته بما نريد 

Ninth, another window will open for us to choose where to save the file and rename it what we want

عاشرا نضغط على كلمة حفظ أو save

Tenth, we press the word save

وأخيرا نفتح الملف الذى تم تحويله الى صورة  كما بالشكل
Finally, we open the file that has been converted to an image, as shown in the figure
